At U Matter, we specialise in providing therapy, counselling, and psychological support to individuals, children, young people and families who often fall through the gaps of mainstream services. With a deep understanding of South Western Sydney's unique challenges, we bring decades of experience working with disengaged and marginalised communities.
We operate within a socio-ecological framework, addressing the broader social and environmental factors affecting our clients while supporting clients towards improved mental health. Our holistic approach ensures tailored, impactful interventions that help individuals achieve their mental health and emotional wellbeing goals.
U Matter Psychology is a not-for-profit practice funding services for marginalised and vulnerable young people across South-West Sydney. We are a subsidiary of Humanity Matters, a charitable organisation that has been servicing the community since 1986. As such, all donations are fully tax deductible.
